Finnish Evaluation Society (FES)

Finnish Evaluation Society (FES) was founded in 1999. The aim of the society is to advance and maintain the knowledge on evaluation research and evaluation practices in Finland.

To meet these goals the society organizes annual seminars in October. In addition smaller discussion forums are organised on various topics. Once a year in co-operation with the Finnish Association of Administrative Studies a peer reviewed evaluation supplement is published by FES in the journal Administrative Studies.

Most of the activities are in Finnish but so far two of the annual seminars and one of the evaluation supplements have been in English.
